Peer Review Process
The Journal of International Electrical Engineering and Technology (JINET) applies a rigorous, transparent, and objective peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, scientific contribution, and academic integrity of published manuscripts.
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the evaluation procedure.

Initial Manuscript Submission
Authors submit manuscripts through the official JINET online journal system. Submitted manuscripts must comply with the journal template, author guidelines, publication ethics, and scope of the journal.
Editorial Screening
The editorial team conducts an initial evaluation to assess manuscript suitability, originality, formatting compliance, relevance to the journal scope, and adherence to publication ethics.
Manuscripts may be rejected at this stage if they do not meet the minimum standards or fall outside the scope of the journal.
Plagiarism Screening
All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software to ensure originality and academic integrity.
Manuscripts identified with significant plagiarism, unethical similarity, or duplicate publication may be rejected immediately.
Double-Blind Peer Review
Eligible manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript topic.
The review process follows a double-blind system in which reviewer identities are concealed from authors, and author identities are concealed from reviewers.
Reviewer Evaluation
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:
- originality and novelty;
- scientific contribution;
- methodological validity;
- technical quality;
- clarity of presentation;
- relevance to the journal scope;
- ethical compliance and references.
Editorial Decision
Based on reviewer recommendations, the editor may decide:
- Accept Submission;
- Minor Revisions Required;
- Major Revisions Required;
- Resubmit for Review;
- Reject Submission.
Revision Process
Authors are required to revise manuscripts based on reviewer and editor comments within the specified revision period.
Revised manuscripts may undergo additional rounds of review depending on the extent of revisions required.
Final Decision and Publication
The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision based on reviewer recommendations, editorial evaluations, and manuscript quality standards.
Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, layout editing, proofreading, and online publication.
Review Ethics and Confidentiality
Reviewers must maintain confidentiality throughout the review process and evaluate manuscripts objectively without personal criticism.
Editors and reviewers are expected to follow ethical publishing standards established by COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) .
